Aurelia Ferreira
Founder and CEO of Aura Projects, with over 20 years in real estate and building & construction projects around the world. Aurelia has a passion for ‘creating comfortable living & working spaces’ that she aims to bring to all her projects. To her “People deserve to live in safety and comfort, irrespective of budget”.
Marija Vukas
Marija runs the office and ensures that all the projects are supported with the required administration, finance, supply chain, documentation, legal requirements, insurance etc. No stone is left unturned with Marija overseeing the back end of the business.
David Brookes
David is an experienced project manager that has run complex and vast projects in London, and has recently moved to Malta to employ his expertise within Aura Projects. David’s goal is to ensure that all the clients’ expectations are met, and all projects are delivered on time and on budget, whilst ensuring that the vision of the client is transferred to the Aura Projects team continuously.
Marko Savovic
Marko is the field leader and ensures that all our sites are managed efficiently and effectively. Coordinating the efforts of our own team, and subcontractors, to ensure the standards and quality agreed for the project are met. He is a master troubleshooter and has over 15 years of experience in the building, M&E & finishing industry.
A PASSION FOR OUR INDUSTRY
Our History in Malta
Aura Projects was borne out of Theoria Contractors, a small company in the building and construction industry that came out of ‘flipping’ properties in Malta to raise capital for other larger projects in construction. The quality delivered in their own project - The Network, a lounge, and club in the heart of Malta’s popular Paceville entertainment area - gave them the confidence to take on projects with ever-increasing complexity, resulting in the more recent complete refurbishment of 430 bathrooms at the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel. Since then, the rebranding to Aura Projects spurs on the vision of creating comfortable living and working spaces for all. A vision that Aurelia and her team are now living through their projects - from luxury villas to school dormitories.
